The AUTODISC AD-DL from STF Filters is an automatic disc filtration system with twin-line head configuration, designed for high-flow applications in agricultural, industrial, and water treatment environments. Its modularity supports configurations from 3 to 10 filtration units, with surfaces up to 32,000 cm².

The system uses discs with filtration degrees ranging from 20 to 400 microns, adapting to different water qualities. Automatic hydraulic expansion ensures effective cleaning, enabling long filtration cycles with minimal backwashing. Water supply remains uninterrupted during the cleaning process.

The AD-DL operates at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 60 °C. Its construction features robust materials such as polypropylene, AISI 304/302 stainless steel, and NBR seals, ensuring chemical resistance and durability.

With inlet/outlet diameters from DN-150 to DN-300 and a DN-100 backwash collector, the system can handle flows up to 480 m³/h in high-quality water. Its compact and reliable design makes it ideal for demanding installations needing continuous, high-capacity filtration with minimal manual intervention.
